Processing Time

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive tracking details once your package is dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Items labeled as PRE-ORDER are made-to-order and are expected to ship 6–8 weeks after the date of purchase.

These timelines reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, production, and quality assurance.

Important:
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will ship first. Pre-order items will be sent separately once they’re ready—no need to wait on everything.

Shipping Times

Canada & U.S.: 3–10 business days after dispatch

International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and the weight of your order.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. A confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.
